The Green Valley School Library is offering an Adopt-A-Book program which helps us to build our collection. Make a donation today and you'll have adopted a book for a child's delight tomorrow! What better way to give than to give the gift of reading to a child! I look forward to helping your child grow with books as they experience the wonders of the written word! Thank you again for your contribution to our school library and helping our collection in the library grow!

Adopt-a-book for:
* Birthdays
* Teachers
* Remembrance of someone special
* Special events


When making a donation, please include in the notes section:

1. Child's First Name and Last Initial 
(e.g. Brenda D.)

2. Family Name
(e.g. The Dvorak Family)

3. Genre of book

Adopt-a-book donations can be made via credit card at the time of registration. However, you can Adopt-A-Book at anytime and forms will be at the circulation desk in the library throughout the school year. Only cash or checks will be accepted for donations made in person.

Please make checks payable to: “Green Valley Elementary” ($25.00/book). 
**Include “LIBRARY/ADOPT-A-BOOK” in the memo**

Once the book is ordered, received, and processed into a library book, your child will be given the opportunity to be the first person to check out the book from our school library. I will place a special label on the inside cover stating that this book is an Adopt-A-Book donated to Green Valley Library during the 2025-2026 school year in honor of your child.
